Welcome to The Space Between
Exploring creativity, change, and the quiet art of becoming.

There’s a place between what was and what’s next, a quiet stretch of time where we pause, observe, and begin to understand who we are becoming.

This in-between is where The Space Between was born.
As an artist and psychotherapist, I’ve spent years listening to how people move through change, how we live with uncertainty, reshape ourselves, and make meaning as something new begins to take form.

Here, I write about creativity, psychology, relationships, and aging as they naturally intersect in the ongoing process of becoming. This is a gathering place more than a traditional blog, a collection of essays and reflections you can move through by topic, following what resonates.

You’ll find reflections on:
Life Transitions
Reflections on endings and beginnings, and the often uncertain in-between spaces where so much of life quietly unfolds.

Self in Relationships
Explorations of how we stay connected to others while still remaining true to ourselves.

Books I’m Thinking With
Books that have stayed with me, challenged me, or helped me see something in a new way.

Depth and Distortion
Where psychological ideas deepen our understanding, and where they can sometimes lead us astray.

Art & Soul
The creative process, with all its false starts, surprises, and the inner life that shapes what we make.
